Tea tree oil too strong for my stomach.

by Nora
(London)

Hi Webmaster,

Thank you for all your advice.
I’ve used the oxygenated approach along with an irrigator as you advised and it has greatly improved my breath, thanks.

I’ve also used the anti-bacterial approach and it works perfectly but I’ve got a problem with the tea tree and grape seed oils.

I’ve got a sensitive stomach and oils or anything with a burning sensation like spices or tea tree oil irritate it and sometimes even get me bloated.

Even though I only use it for brushing and never swallow, it seems to linger behind and never completely gets washed out. I have to keep spitting out for the next hour to get rid of it which is difficult for me especially in the morning.

Is there another anti-bacterial approach I could use where I do not have to use tea tree or grape seed oil or any other kind of oils?

Thanks.
