success with netipot!

I have had a coated tongue for many years with a metallic taste. The only reason I suspected I had post nasal drip was that I seem to have an excess of mucus in my mouth. I have been using a nasal spray and swallowing it (on the recommendation of Breezecare_) and that helped a bit.

I didn't want to buy an irrigator because of the expense and because I wasn't sure if I had sinus problems. But I came across information about netipot for these symptoms and have been using it for a week and I must say it seems to have cleared the coating.

I still have bad taste in my mouth sometimes which I am now trying to deal with but I think this is certainly progress for me. There are many websites about how to use the netipot to clear sinus congestion and I really recommend that anyone tries one if they have a coated tongue with the metallic taste.

I'd be interested to know if anyone else has used a netipot? And what does the nasal irrigator do that a netipot cant. Maybe I need this to get rid of the bad taste-or maybe it's just years of experience this symptom means that it might hang around for a while. I've interested in anyone's comments
