sinus irrigators and PND

I don't know whether I need to buy any sinus irrigator as they are so expensive. I don't know whether I have PND as I don't have the symptoms you describe except for I often feel my saliva is "thick" and sometimes I bring up phlegm.

I have a constant bad taste and My tongue does get coated depending on how much protein I eat but I don't have any allergies, or any of the symptoms described in your PND section. What do you think? I will certainly make the investment if it will help with the symptoms I do have.
