How closely should I alternate the approaches?

by Nora
(London)

Hello,

I've just read through the different toothpastes and mouthwashes and am eager to try them to get rid of my bad breath.

I however have some questions;

Am taking it that the first toothpaste is to be used together with the first mouthwash (the oxygenated approach) and the same applies to the Second approach.

My question is how closely do we alternate them? If I used the oxygenated approach today, do I have to use the anti-bacterial toothpaste and mouthwash the following day?

Thank you.
