Cures For Bad Breath

WHICH ARE THE RIGHT CURES FOR BAD BREATH?

Finding a bad breath cure has been no easy task for me. The very best ones I've tried have had an effect that lasted about a week at the most. Most halitosis treatments in the market today simply don't work at all!

I've lived with chronic bad breath for over a decade and a half and have had plenty of time to research and experiment. I've come to the realization of a very simple fact that no one will ever tell you, and with that fact, the answers to curing bad breath came tumbling! Everything you'll find here is the result of my own personal experience, what works, what doesn't...

So let’s get to it!

BAD BREATH, WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?

Knowing the source is the first step to finding cures for bad breath. 90% of all chronic bad breath is caused by a bacterial imbalance in the mouth. Chances are this is you and it has nothing to do with your oral hygiene.

You can brush 10 times a day and still have bad breath. Click here for more detailed information on What Causes Bad Breath.

The key is to turn your mouth into a hostile environment for anaerobic bacteria. Hey, if they’re making your life miserable, you might as well reciprocate! So, what exactly do we know about anaerobic bacteria?

1/ They are anaerobic! Which means that they cannot live and develop in an oxygen rich environment. An important detail to remember.

2/ They like to hide in hard to reach areas. Being oxygen intolerant, they will hide in some of the toughest places in your mouth to clean. Around the gum line, deep inside taste buds, inside mucus in the back of your throat, in bio-film on the tongue and between teeth.

3/ They need to feed to survive. So starve them off! Anaerobic bacteria will feed on specific types of foods. Mainly proteins and sugars(refined sugar and fructose, not carbohydrates). If you manage to cut off their food supply most of the time, you will be able to control their population.

These 3 facts are the essential knowledge to which you will begin your bad breath treatments. By creating the right conditions in your mouth, you can begin to achieve TOTAL CONTROL over your chronic halitosis. Click here to learn the basics.

If you stick to the conventional chronic halitosis treatments that are widely advertised and currently available throughout the internet, you'll understand that there are no single cures for bad breath! Don't get me wrong, some of these products show promise, but I'm sure you'll agree that they just fall short of expectations.

HERE'S WHY YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY CURES FOR BAD BREATH THAT ACTUALLY WORK!

Over a 15 year period, I tried just about all cures for bad breath out there only to realize that THE BEST bad breath treatments I've tried will only work for... about a week or so. I’ve come to understand one simple fact about these bacteria that NOBODY will ever tell you.

Here's a hint: What do anaerobic bacteria and other live organisms (even humans) have in common? If you think about it, you’ll realize that we all have plenty in common. Let’s see:

a) we all breed or multiply
b) we all need to eat or feed
c) we all release wastes in some form or another as a result of feeding

These characteristics will define all live organisms that populate the earth, from the most massive mammals to the tiniest microscopic germ. But there’s one more aspect to take into consideration. It has guaranteed the survival and evolution of all species including ours:

WE ADAPT TO OUR ENVIRONMENT!!!

Anaerobic bacteria are no different, they adapt! When starting a new treatment, you are only eliminating the weaker strains of bacteria (which constitute the majority of bacteria in your mouth giving you the impression of being cured) leaving the stronger ones alive with the ability to adapt to the treatment...and multiply in their new environment unaffected. It's a fundamental aspect of all living things.

That’s why there are no single cures for bad breath that will work on the long term. When the resistant strains of bacteria multiply to repopulate your mouth, no matter how much of the bad breath treatment you've been using, it has no more affect.

To me, that was a revelation. The only way to achieve results when treating chronic bad breath is by alternating treatments on a regular basis. But wait, what treatments and alternating in what time span?

Over the years, I have developed MY OWN TECHNIQUE with the right products to acquire my own cures for bad breath. It has enabled me to reach total control over my chronic halitosis condition and with it, a great deal of relief.

If you've read this far, my bet is you're still struggling with bad breath. It's perfectly understandable, you haven't been confronted with the facts until today. Take a peak at my cures for bad breath, you will understand why they work and see that they make perfect sense.
