Chronic Bad Breath Has Ruined My Social Life

Hi,
My chronic bad breath started about 4 years ago and I should have acted earlier but I fear it's too late.
I believe my main contributors are:
1) Tonsil stones
2) Post-nasal drip (I can't seem to stop this from occurring)
3) Fillings in the molar teeth
I have tried almost everything from brushing, scraping my tongue and flossing three times a day to all the so-called 'leading mouthwashes' (including Therabreath and Chlorhexidine).
I have managed to effectively stop my tonsil stones through flushing my tonsils with an oral irrigator, and I have also greatly improved my dental hygiene (although I get a bad taste sometimes in my molars). However, there is nothing I can do with the post nasal drip.
I have demanded that my doctor send me to an ENT where I hope they will help with some scans and to see where any bad smells are originating from. So far, my doctor and dentist have seemed reluctant to do anything since I rely on the NHS and not private help.
Chronic bad breath has ruined my social life.
