About type 4.

by Barnie
(California)

Ive suffered from bad breath for a couple of years now and its having a huge impact on my social/work life. I chew gum and brush my teeth excessively to try and combat it.

I have been drinking alot of alcohol the past 3 years so i figured my liver/kidneys arn't working properly and my body releases the toxins from my body through my lungs when i exhale.

My question is, if i stop drinking and adapt a healthier lifestyle, will my kidney/liver filters begin to work again ? What can i do to speed my recovery?

I take silymarin which contains milk thistle... i heard it is good for rebuilding your liver.

Thanks

B-May
